My Apple School Sanskar Foundation done Eco- Friendly Lord Ganesh Visarjan on 02nd Sep’22, Friday at the school playground.
As a grand culmination of the celebration, it was time for the farewell procession or Ganesh Visarjan. The festivities began with the satyanarayan katha and followed by traditional ‘aarti’, accompanied by melodious ‘bhajans’, by our young singers.
The assembled students sang along with much fervor and devotion to Lord Ganesha, who is believed to be the symbol of wisdom and the remover of obstacles. Students of performed wonderful dance on various songs devoted to Lord Ganesha.
The immersion of the holy idol after the maha arti was done at the school playground in an artificial small pond in bucket full of original fresh flowers.
Students of higher classes carried the Lord Ganesha Idol in the premises of the school with Drum beats and bells clanged vigorously to shouts of “Ganapati Bappa Morya, Pudhchya Varshi Laokar Ya!”
Once the idol was immersed in artificial pond, the holy water along with the clay of idol of lord Ganesha was poured into the plants and trees of the campus of my Apple school Sanskar foundation.
